— Case Recovery Process

Three steps from stalled case to active resolution

We review the file, identify the stall, and take the case forward. No prolonged onboarding. No vague timelines.

/ Step One

File review: diagnose the stall

Before we commit to a case, we read the full record. Every motion filed, every order issued, every deadline missed. We identify precisely where the case broke down and whether our intervention changes the outcome.

This review costs nothing in obligation. It tells us what to fix and tells you whether we are the right team to fix it.

Motion strategy: reset the timeline

Once engaged, we draft the motions and arguments that should have moved the case months ago. Fresh strategy, new filings, and a rebuilt schedule that reflects where the case actually stands.

We do not inherit your prior counsel's assumptions. We rebuild the case argument from the current record forward.

/ Step Three

Active representation through resolution

From the moment we take over, the administrative burden transfers entirely. We manage filings, deadlines, and court appearances. You receive updates. The case moves.
